Laboratory
Description
Our laboratory provides services to concrete plants on process scheduling for all brands of ready-mixed and precast concrete using inert materials and cement used by the client with identifying the necessary chemistry to meet specific needs.
Test Procedure
-
- Our laboratory is supplied with samples of inert aggregates and cement from the client
- The client provides the technical specifications for the laboratory (concrete grade, mobility class, time of concrete mix retaining, required strength after 1, 3, 7 and 28 days, waterproof class, frost-resistance class and others)
- The mineralogical composition of cement is determined using the equipment of our laboratory, and the polymer group required for each specific case is selected based on the tests
- The required additive to concrete is produced in the laboratory on the basis of technological specifications and matching polymer group.
- Concrete mixture compounding is composed
- Laboratory mixes are made in accordance with customer’s specifications, concrete mix mobility test is performed and required persistence of concrete mixture is checked
- The samples – cubes – are moulded and stored under normal curing conditions
- Test of compressive strength after 1, 3, 7 and 28 days is performed using verified equipment of our laboratory
- Based on the results of the trials, a conclusion will be prepared, as well as the economic calculation of the feasibility of a given technology at the customer’s request
