Description
Superplasticizer polymer consisting of a main chain and side branches of different molecular weight (polymerization of acids). The principle of operation of the polymer is based on steric repulsion effect by hydrophobic polyester chains.
Advantages:
At simultaneous processes of hydration the concrete takes on the following properties:
- intense gaining of strength in spite of continued preservation of the fluidity of concrete mix;
- substantial dewatering (and thus high final strength and density of the concrete);
- High fluidity of concrete mix (and therefore easiness of concrete mix pouring);
- Increased early strength due to dewatering;
- improved characteristics from the point of view of reduced cracking and shrinkage;
- increased resistance to concrete carbonation.

Application
The polymer is used as the main component in the production of third-generation superplasticizer for concrete and concrete grouts. Flow rate is dependent on the desired characteristics of plasticizers.
Transportation
Additives are carried by any type of transport in clean and dry marked containers. Packaging shall ensure the safety of additives during transportation and storage. The additive should be kept in conditions that preclude their moisturising and the ingress of foreign matter. The temperature during transportation is 0 ÷ +300С, and in the case of the lower temperature insulation must be provided to ensure the temperature range.
